Applications, Policies and Procedure Handbooks, copies of the Lease Agreement and our Rental Criteria will be available for those in line in the clubhouse for all to fill out and have ready. These forms are available now on the Download Forms page.

A list of all open rooms will be available to view. Open full four bedroom apartments will be available to full groups of four only, three rooms to groups of three, etc.

At least one from each group will need to be present to sign a lease in the apartment. The other rooms will be held for 72 hours as long as the members present have the absent roommates application, security deposit of $100.00 per person and application fee of $30.00 per person at the time of kickoff.

A guarantor can be only one person and will need to fill out and sign two forms.

The Guarantor Application, which is two sided and needs to be filled out and signed.

The Lease Guaranty also needs to be filled out and signed by the same person who filled out and signed the Guarantor's application. It also needs to be notarized if not signed in the Sunchase Management office.

Guarantors have 15 days from the date of lease signing to turn in these two forms for the lease to be approved and can be faxed to 540-442-4815.
