All keys must be returned to Sunchase Apartments no later than 12:00 pm on the last day of your lease. All belongings and personal items must be completely removed from the apartment before your lease expires. Please make sure that your rental account is paid in full at the beginning of the month. You may contact a Marketing Associate at using our contact us form or (540)-442-4800 regarding the amount of your last month’s prorated rent.

We strongly recommend that you are present during your move-out inspection. In order to schedule a move-out inspection, please contact the Leasing Office at (540)442-4800.
We require you leave your power on for at least 5 business days following your lease expiration date. You will be billed for reconnection fees and usage during this time if any work during the preparation for the apartment is billable to you.
Security deposit checks will be returned to the person listed on the lease. When you turn in your keys you will be asked to provide a forwarding address. Your security deposit will be sent to the forwarding address that you provided. Sunchase Apartments has up to 45 days to return your security deposit.
